Hydrophilic masterbatch typically consists of three main components:

For PP-based hydrophilic masterbatch: the carrier is polypropylene (PP).
This ensures perfect melt blending when the masterbatch is added to PP fiber or film materials, preventing issues such as delamination or migration.
2. Hydrophilic Modifier (Core Functional Component)
Function: Provides hydrophilic properties.
Mainly divided into two categories:
1)Surfactant-based modifiers
2)Polymer-based permanent hydrophilic modifiers
3. Additives
Function: Optimize the overall performance of the masterbatch.

Ensures uniform dispersion of the hydrophilic modifier in the carrier, preventing agglomeration and guaranteeing consistent performance.
- Lubricant: Improves the processing fluidity of the masterbatch.
-Antioxidant:
Prevents oxidative degradation of the masterbatch and final products during high-temperature processing and use.
